In the competition for co-financing projects in the field of immovable cultural heritage and archaeological heritage, the National Museum received a total of 4 million dinars from the Ministry of Culture this year.
In the field of immovable cultural heritage, for the project “Conservation and Restoration of the Remnants of Painting in the Đurina Cell at Rudnik Monastery,” the Museum was awarded 2.5 million dinars.
The project “Archaeological Research of the Site Dvorine-Mađarsko Cemetery, Venčac” in the field of archaeological heritage will be co-financed by the Ministry of Culture with 1.5 million dinars.
The awarded funds will enable the Museum to continue archaeological research at the Dvorine site, as well as the conservation of frescoes from the Đurina Cell at the monastery.
