The National Museum in Aranđelovac has published an important scientific work on the history of Rudnik and Venčac.

A collection of papers from the scientific conference held at the National Museum in Aranđelovac on October 21, 2017, titled Rudnik and Venčac with Surroundings in the Middle Ages and Early Modern Period, was recently published. The collection is a joint publication by the National Museum in Aranđelovac and the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, edited by professors from the Faculty of Philosophy, Dr. Siniša Mišić, Dr. Marko Šuica, and Dr. Dejan Radičević.

In 18 papers authored by 21 contributors, including renowned experts on Serbian medieval history and the period of Ottoman rule, the latest historiographical and archaeological research findings on this region are presented. We are particularly proud that this valuable publication includes studies on archaeological excavations conducted by the National Museum in Aranđelovac at the sites of Dvorine on Venčac and Đurine Ćelije on Rudnik.
